We base our preliminary research around regions and microcultures who both practice rich and enduring food practices, while simultaneously battling the pressures brought on by the shifts of a changing ecosystem. We seek out these communities with the intention to learn, and to highlight breaking points in their food systems.
By working with these communities, with the support of change makers, we generate movements towards sustainable, equitable, and ethical food models through economic tools, technology, collaborations, campaigns, strategic partnerships, and other deployable solutions.
Through mindful products, educational classes, publications, immersive events, dinner programs, and media development.
Old world food knowledge is shared and taught to be applied to our ever changing ecosystem, while partnerships are built and funds are raised to mend and restructure the food supply chains in regions in need of this aid.
By connecting a value chain of collaborators, partners, and sponsors, we continue to lead gastro-diplomatic campaigns and projects, focusing on the maintenance of sustainable food practices and systems, to guarantee the upward mobility and success of underserved and underrepresented peoples and regions.
